The lace trim at the cuff is the only thing happening and somehow that's enough. Deep v, long sleeve, the kind of top that tucks or doesn't and both versions work.

Worn two ways already.

High waist, blue that stays blue, the kind of denim that doesn't try to look worn. I kept coming back to it every time I thought I wanted something more complicated.

Simple waist. Simple blue.

Cable knit, v-neck, the kind of cardigan that hangs open without looking undone. It layers over the lace top or sits alone on a cold afternoon - either way it reads like it's not trying.

Something about the sleeve length felt right.

Loose fit, pocket on the front, six colours and I still gravitated to the plainest one. The weight of it is light enough that it doesn't register until you're wearing it and you stop noticing everything else.
